Doug Howe, Interim Ministry and Church Campaign Consultant
Douglas Howe has been a trusted advisor to companies, non-profits and their leaders for more than three decades, having himself been a C-Suite leader, non-profit executive, and Teaching Pastor.
Dr. Howe’s primary offering for churches is the Camels Growth Campaign. No, not a building campaign nor fundraising campaign, but a coordinated, targeted, multi-threaded effort to equip your saints to fulfill the Great Commission in their daily lives, and to help reset the culture and vibe of your church.
Mr. Howe’s professional experience includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, and Non-Profit Organizational Development. In the Midwest region, he has served such clients as Procter & Gamble, AK Steel, Duke Energy, McKesson, Carespring Healthcare, GBQ Partners, Tri-Health, Middletown Tube and several privately held companies. His non-profit clients have included Make-A-Wish, Anthony Munoz Foundation, Young Life, Stepping Stones, Becky Baker Foundation, NKU Business School, and multiple private schools and churches.
As a public speaker, Doug has made more than 2,000 presentations at venues as large as The Greek Theater and Walt Disney World, and as small as corporate boardrooms and off-site meeting settings. He has served on several Boards in the business and non-profit sectors and founded a non-profit enterprise that started locally and now reaches across the country.
Doug’s personal highlights include finishing the New York Marathon, coaching his daughters’ basketball and softball teams to several championships, and being named to the City of Burbank Walk of Fame.
Doug holds an earned Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, and did his Masters’ work in Theology and Leadership Development. Doug and Denise have raised their four children in Burbank, CA, and Cincinnati, OH.
