Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, Chris graduated with a degree in Education from from Eastern Washington University. In 1992 he received his Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Dallas Seminary, centering on biblical training and organizational leadership. As a life-long learner, he has attended scores of seminars and conferences to enrich and better equip him for effective Kingdom ministry.

Focusing on organizational leadership, Chris served in Associate/Executive roles in churches in Washington and California over the past twenty-five years. His church experience includes walking churches through growth barriers and clarifying mission and discipleship pathways. After extended missions work in China and elsewhere around the world, he has focused primarily on serving Christ-centered evangelical churches in the Pacific states. Chris brings practical know-how and a solution-oriented perspective to ministry challenges. His consultation expertise revolves around Board/Staff training, transitional leadership, leadership culture, family ministry, and organizational health, including staff compensation frameworks.

Chris and Michele currently live in Fresno, California. They met at Dallas Seminary where Michele earned her Master of Arts degree in Christian Education (M.A.C.E.). She currently works for an engineering firm and a water brokerage company. Chris and Michele have three adult children who also live in the Fresno area.
