Brent serves as Director of Mobilization at Covenant Church of Naples, Florida (PCA). Before that, he served as Missions Pastor at Northpoint Church in Corona, CA (EFCA) and as a professor of East Asian history at Valparaiso University in Indiana. He earned his PhD at Cambridge University, studying the modern missionary movement in China. His areas of mission focus include China, India, East Africa, and Greece.
